Michel was born in the Ukraine. We purchased him from Levan Tukhareli on April 2, 2021, from Mississauga, Ontario, He was microchipped in the Ukraine prior to coming to Canada. His number for their microchip is 900215001357858 which looks like it could have been done in Canada but Levan said it was done in the Ukraine. If so Mitchel has been microchipped twice.
